We are a familiy owned and operated, licensed and insured business with over 30 years experience! Whether it is a small restoration project or a new, custom patio, we take great pride in what we do and the work shows! When it comes to standing out, of course its all about quality workmanship, but we take extra time on the details and clean up! We have always enjoyed the challenge of the work and seeing the expression on our customers faces when they see a completed project!

"Excellent work! Beautiful work! Professional! The team leaves the premises clean that you can’t tell someone had done anything at the end of each day. I am so happy with the siding."

Michigan Wildlife Solutions is a professional Wildlife control company and provide humane wildlife removal practices. We are a poison free company and specialize in poison free mice control. We are one of the only companies in Michigan with nearly 20 years of bat removal experience.

"I had service performed 7 days ago on March 30th to remove/prevent birds from entering my dryer vents. The service ended up being different (less) than what was initially estimated. I contacted Michigan Wildlife Solutions the same day for the difference as I had already paid half of the estimate to get started. I was told I would be contacted by the office manager. On Friday of the same week, I called back because I had not received the call from the office manager nor had I gotten a refund. At that time, I also noticed that my credit card had been charged for the balance of the original estimate even though a second payment had not been authorized. When I called Michigan Wildlife Solutions, I was told that the balance is automatically charged after the work is completed. This was totally inconsistent with the electronic invoice I received that indicated a pay by date for the balance. In fact, I also received a mailed invoice requesting the balance to be paid, not indicating that I was already charged for the balance. I waited until Wednesday (4/6) to call back as I wanted to be patient and allow the process to happen. However, after 5 business days, I still have not heard from the office manager who was supposed to be in touch a week ago. I called back on 4/8 because at this point, I am NOT getting the service and respect as a customer that I deserve. I was given the office manager’s direct phone number (the email communications give a different number that says is for the office manager). I called Brooke-the office manager and left a voicemail message. Three hours later, I have not received a call back so I called again and was sent to voicemail. As there are several other neighbors in my subdivision that have the same bird issue, I would NEVER use this business again nor would I EVER refer a neighbor to use Michigan Wildlife Solutions. If I do not hear back from someone by the end of the business day today, I will be contacting an attorney to get me the refund that I am entitled to for work that has not been completed because it was not needed."

Licensed and Insured Builder. 23 years of experience from building entire homes to remodeling projects. Due to our extremely busy schedule, and to trying and weed through callers we have imposed a $500 minimum project price. When things slow down we will lift this minimum to fit in smaller projects. Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the numerous bogus job leads via Angie's list we are now also charging $50 for estimates which will be recredited to you upon acceptance and start of your project.

"First of all, I can't tell you how much I appreciated the fact that he came right out and did not dismiss the fact that I needed a lot of smaller jobs done, even though they were above the minimum. So many companies I had called before either wouldn't return my messages or scoffed when they did come out. I'm very pleased with all of Mr. Clor's work. He was prompt and very professional. I appreciated his patience in explaining things to me. I also very much appreciated the fact that he discussed things thoroughly with me about options rather than making it seem as if it were his way or nothing at all. I will definitely be hiring him on the next set of projects."

Chimney Caps questions, answered by experts

It’s not normal for a chimney to leak even a little bit during heavy rain. A chimney in good condition will keep rain from seeping into the chimney or house, so if you notice a small leak during a rainstorm, it’s time to call a pro for inspection. There could be damage to the flashing, chimney crown, or flue liner.

Yes, professionals offer various roofing materials, including shingles and metal, to match home aesthetics.

A roof pitch that’s too shallow won’t shed runoff as quickly, so you have an increased risk of water intrusion through the seams between your roofing materials. In colder climates, snow and ice will accumulate more easily on your roof, which can add enough weight to cause roof collapse and structural damage to your home.

The placement of snow guards depends on the individual roof, but typically snow guards are placed between 12 and 18 inches from the eaves, though they can be placed as close as six inches and as far as 24 inches from the eaves. A roofing professional can assess the roof and potential snow loads to determine the best placement.

Chimney caps have a solid top but perforated sides so smoke can exit safely. If rain or snow falls downward, chimney caps can protect the chimney’s interior. Just note that if rain or snow blows in sideways, there’s a higher likelihood it will enter the chimney—but it's not often a cause for concern as long as you have a cap.
