The project was completed sooner than initially quoted. When it started it went as quickly as could be expected. Workmen were experienced and worked well together to get the job done. Tom, the president, was on site everyday and let me know what to expect each day. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed.

I hired Deerbrook Construction Company to replace the cement steps in the front and back of my home. They did a great job, were very professional, and I was able to get the project scheduled quickly after I received my quote. Pricing was very reasonable. On the day of the project, the workers came on time and cleaned everything up properly after the steps were installed. Very satisfied with the entire experience - I would highly recommend this company.

Tom and Co. were wonderful to work with. Price was more than competitive, the crew was pleasant and tidy, the work started when they said it would and ended when they said it would. It went great. Tom, the owner of Deerbrook Construction, and his team did a fantastic job, from tearing out a complicated retaining / decorative wall to leveling the remaining lawn, to removing and totally rebuilding the porch. He also added a decorative walk way, and helped us with the style and deign. There were a few changes along the way and Tom worked so well with us to incorporate the design changes we asked about, and help with some of the technical challenges that cropped up along the way. Overall, we still look at the porch and driveway every day and say what a great job they did. We would 100% recommend Tom and his Team.

Tom and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on the entrance sign to our neighborhood for Shady Beach in Orchard Lake, MI. They took care of everything from the design, permits needed, and construction of it (footing, structure, stonework). The price was very reasonable and the final product even better than we had hoped for. We constantly get inquiries as to who built our entrance sign because it looks so well done - feel free to drive by and see for yourself! I would HIGHLY recommend Deerbrook for any and all masonry needs that they provide.

Tom and team did an excellent job. Very good crew. Deerbrook removed existing driveway and replaced with 6” concrete, including a vapor lock 20/20 additive at my request. They obtained all permits and inspections. I would definitely use again for other projects.

Tom removed and replaced masonry around our front door. His work was excellent and we are very happy. He was great with communicating and arriving for work as planned. I highly recommend him for any masonry work.
