"We called Jay when our A/C stopped working last spring. He was quick to take a look at our existing unit and give us options for repair or replacement. We chose to replace due to the age of the Air Conditioner. We were able to choose from a variety of brands, and had one installed within a week. The best way to reduce heat upstairs is to release it by opening a window.
