How'd it go? Well, it didnt. Nick prefers to text because hes a 12 year old. Does not return calls or texts. He gave us a time for a estimate and guess what? NO SHOW

Initial contact was fine. He asked to reschedule the estimate appointment ten minutes before the scheduled time window ended, then completely missed the rescheduled appointment without any notice. It's been three days with no response on his end - not very professional.

August 12th emailed to let know we wanted to proceed with sill replacement. August 14th told I would be contacted with date for install. August 19th I emailed because I did not receive an install date. August 21st I was told 3-4 weeks for the limestone. I would be contacted with install date by September 10th. I reiterated the sill install had to be done before I could order new front door and have house painted. I sent email on September 24 and September 28 asking for an update. Obviously the sill install of $1600 was not important.

I'm sorry for the miscommunications but it is truly out of my hands I ordered limestone for your job . they told me 3 weeks I called they said they could not find your order I had to bring my credit card statement to prove I bought it and payed up front . Then they told me they would push our limestone to the front of the line after another two weeks the owner called me and told me they are closing there doors for two weeks due to covid-19 cus 4 of there 6 employees tested positive. it took almost 3 months to get a order of 325 ft of limestone sills I ordered before your job I'm deeply sorry for all the inconvenience this caused I wish there was something to fix this wrong if there's anything I can do for you to help reinstall faith in Bricks n Bristles let me know have a blessed day I'm sorry again"

The project went very well. Bricks N Bristles gave the best bid over other contractor estimates. The work was done well and everything cleaned up nicely. We ran into some special circumstances (not the contractors fault) but Nick worked extra to get the job done right!

Hire these guys! Fair quote and they did a great job. They stayed until 8 p.m. on a Friday night to finish up. They're careful, hard workers and were super neat -- everything was cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They even sprayed the dust off my bushes. You couldn't ask for better! Highly recommended.

Nick and his coworker did a great job. They repaired a corner of the foundation on the corner of the house under the porch that had deteriorated. They also did some tuckpointing on other areas. They cleaned up afterwards and it looks great.

All my basement window masonry needed to be repaired along with some cracks along the bricks. They were the only ones to quote, the price was fair and the work was done quickly. The owner and his workers were courteous and professional. The repairs look great.

It went fabulously. Nick. David ‘ Nick’s dad we’re great. They were on time & worked for hours. The job turned out that I needed more work done on my wall for my second chimney. I was given a reasonable price to fix it. Nick laid out everything he was going to do with a price for each & pictures of before & after the work was done. I plan on having him come back for other work. I highly recommend this company.

Nick was excellent, he came out and tuck pointed my house and he also rebuilt my porch. The mortar is almost a perfect match as my house and it looks incredible. Bricks and Bristles was a delight, thank you again.

I hired a roofer to come and fix my flashing previously but he didn’t do to good of a job, it still was leaking. So I called Nick, he came over and was able to identify the problem almost right away. He rebuilt the chimney and did a roof line up. It looks great and haven’t had any leaking problems since

This company was excellent! I had my living room, hallway, walls and ceilings going upstairs, and my hallway upstairs painted. I was beyond happy and extremely impressed with the quality of work. Work was done in a timely fashion and everything turned out great. Very happy with my result.
