These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. Unloaded rock on my neighbors lawn he had to go rake it off so his lawn didn?t die. Our patio pavers are sinking and not straight at all. Work was just done over the summer and the patio is sinking already Very disappointing . Alot of money paid for results that look like i did it myself. "

"They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."

Chris showed up in the first half of the 4 hour time window I was given. Once again, friendly and professional service. Tested water flow to confirm the issue, then snaked out the drains and had me run multiple wash cycles tub draining to ensure no issues."
