They came and put in two new valves but it took them two days to come out and replace it.

They were prompt. Fixed the problem in no time. No problems then or now. Will be using them again.

Excellent. The team showed up on time every day, knew exactly what they were doing, and show extreme professionalism in every facet of the project. I would like to thank Scott, Mike, Dave and Ted for their time and efforts. The price was higher than the one other plumber that actually showed up and quoted, but that plumber was unable to perform the excavation himself and his contractor is unlicensed. Plus, with the quality of the work they performed, I honestly feel like it was a bargain. Finally, the scope of the project expanded past the original quote, but Mike Quint is an obvious professional who quoted based on what he was pretty certain we would find, not just the immediately obvious problems. I intentionally left the "responsiveness" as n/a, because from a purely objective point of view, their responsiveness was horrible. However, when you view it with the perspective that they were the ninth plumber we had reached out to in six months, and only the second to actually show up, their responsiveness is subjectively excellent. If you are in need of a plumber in the SE Michigan area, you should be aware that there is a real shortage of tradesmen and anyone competent will be overbooked and overworked. I would hire Quint again in a heartbeat, but am confident in the quality of their work and that they already addressed every problem I would have needed help with, so I honestly do not expect to have to hire another plumber.

Provider came  to evaluate in a timely fashion, listened to me, asked VERY pertinent questions, provided options, possible costs  etc... When they came to do the work they were efficient , got down to it, ( no puttering around)    explained process to me thoroughly. 
this had been there when the prior plumber co  did their work...  the they had to dig up  a fourteen foot in length  ( approximately)  sewer line from the  house to the city line, and insert a tie in to the sewer from the drain tile that travels around the house....
 they were quite prepared, had a trash pump to empty the hole of water  ( which took  over an hour)  Groundwater level were very high this year...my house was floating  (it is a concrete slab)  their quick and timely response minimized the damage ....
 cracked walls  , moisture in home  damp floors , floor tile lifting...  humidity levels  HIGH   and so on.

The plumber came out on a Saturday and replaced our 17 year old sump pump with a new pump I had bought a number of years ago (wanted the same pump model for simplicity).  He found that the downstream check valve was worn out and replaced that with one he had with him.  The whole job took less than an hour.  The plumber was very pleasant and helpful.  We have scheduled them to come back and replace our Hot Water Tank.

They were awesome. They were very professional and they work very quickly. They were very upfront about, what would be the cost and how long it would going to take to finish the job.

The service man was prompt and careful not to make a mess in the hall way or the kitchen. The only thing was he had to go back to get a longer snake and needed a second trip to finish the job.

Their service went above and beyond so many times.

This company has been coming to my home for various services for the last few years. They regularly snake out our basement drain. The initial visit was related to a flood in the basement and a broken sub pump. My husband had to help them remove the existing sub pump because one the the plumbers smashed his finger and was rendered unable to help. My husband not only helped with the removal and install of the new sub pump, but he traveled to another city to purchase the new pump. We were mailed a bill and the cost was very high. We expected much less especially due to the fact that my husband assisted throughout the job. I waited three weeks to pay them in the hopes they would send an amended bill, but they never did. The work was excellent but they are very pricey.
Less than a year later, the basement backed up again. They came out and explained the roots from the mature trees were the culprit and we may need yearly maintenance to prevent flooding. We assumed this was a normal procedure and budgeted it as a yearly maintenance cost. A different plumber has come out when we need service for the basement, and each one has given differing advice. They have done the same job of snaking the basement drain and the price has fluctuated widely. Each plumber also snakes a different part of the drain and has differing reasons for the clog. We have been charged $80 to $200 to snake the same drain. The price differentiation is not related to the feet they snake, last week they charged me $120 to snake four feet. Last August they charged me $80 to snake forty feet. I feel price gouged, inflation does not account for the enormous increase in price.
Another job they have done is moving water lines in my home. They were prompt, professional, and after they came to look at the job, they called me back in a couple of hours with an estimate. The plumber who came out to complete the job was different from the one who gave an estimate but did an excellent job and was neat, tidy, and very professional. The next time I needed an estimate to move a water line, a different plumber arrived quickly and told us he would get back to us with an estimate within a week since he was going on vacation. I assumed he would let us know in about a week, I was wrong. It took more than two weeks and two phone calls to get the estimate; which was ridiculously overpriced, so I assumed they just did not want the job. I do not think a customer should have to exert that much energy to get an estimate.
Quint Plumbing has been around a very long time. I am an advocate of hiring local businesses and have a strong belief that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Quint Plumbing has given us mostly quality work, but lately the price and quality of their work is questionable. This decrease of integrity has made me take a second look at the previously preformed work and charges. They were highly recommended through earlier work and known commercial jobs they have completed in my community. Consistency is one of the most important factors to ensure a repeat customer base and the lack of consistency and price gouging has left this customer in the cold.

When we need a plumber, we always call them. The experience has been very good. They come and fix whatever. They send us a bill and don't even collect when they are here so it is like they trust us. They give a senior discount. They are prompt. If we have an emergency they will try to come earlier. They are the only ones that we call.

Arrived on time, found the problem and fixed it and were done within 30 minutes.

Joined Angie's list to find a plumber near us. From the initial phone call on it was a great experience. They were able to come out within 24 hours and complete the work. Kyle was professional, courteous and efficient. He exceeded our expectations.

They are very courteous and so far the weathers really been good. I am happy with it so far and he seems to know what he is doing. I found out after the fact that Quint doesn't really know what he's doing when it comes to mobile homes.

Called the office on the morning of 10/28 and the service man was here by 9:30 a.m. to fix the sump pump. Water in the basement is not fun.

They arrived on time and performed work in an efficient, workmanlike manner. Both men were friendly and willing to answer questions.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY TO ASSESS THE SITUATION. THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE IN QUICKLY AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT ON TARGET FOR THE TYPE OF WORK THAT WAS DONE.
