When we discovered a huge tear in our liner after taking the cover off on Memorial Day, we were pleasantly surprised to get a call back from Bob THAT day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time answering every question we had. He was out the next day to look at our pool, measure it and thoroughly explain his product and service. Phone calls and texts were answered right away, which is also huge for us! Once the liner came in, the crew was polite and pleasant, and worked non-stop to get the job done. On completion day, Bob went over and beyond giving us instructions and suggestions on opening/closing pool, pool chemicals, and maintenance, etc. As business owners ourselves, we appreciate a company who is just as committed to customer service as we are, there just aren't enough of them out there. They were able to start our project in April and a crew was on site within days. I had never guessed what an arduous task removing and replacing the coping and tile would be.
