"Worst experience ever. Don?t hire this landscaping company you will be disappointed. Killed our lawn with the machinery. Debris was left in the street in front of our neighbors for days on end. Unloaded rock on my neighbors lawn he had to go rake it off so his lawn didn?t die. Our patio pavers are sinking and not straight at all. Work was just done over the summer and the patio is sinking already Very disappointing . Alot of money paid for results that look like i did it myself. "

"Just do it. Just hire them. We are general contractors in Los Angeles but we needed a very complicated job done in Detroit so we hired Ready Dig Excavation. Imagine hiring somebody to demo and haul 40 tons of concrete slab when you have never looked them in the eye? Thankfully we hired Frank because there were shocking unforeseen problems. "They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."
