Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."
