"We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Andy was very pleasant to work with from the quoting to the actual work. He came on time and reviewed the work he would do. He then went about his work and would take the time when I asked some questions or if I asked to see a couple pictures of specific ducts before and after. When done, he cleaned up after himself and did a nice review with my wife and I and showed us the pictures of the before and after. He also took the time to adjust my furnace humidifier water trough so as I would stop dripping. He completed our ranch style house with mostly finished basement in about the time he thought. I would recommend him and would hire him again. Friendly and professional gentlemen with a reasonable price."

"Having worked with Doty Mechanical as a customer in both corporate and residential settings, it is clear that they do things the right way and put their customers first no matter the size of the project. Most recently, Doty fully replaced the HVAC system at our home. The installers, Daren and Clinton, were exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our home at all times. The first thing that they did when they arrived, after introducing themselves, was to lay down canvas tarps from the front door all the way to the furnace and put booties on their feet to protect our wood floors and carpet. They worked quietly and efficiently and kept their workspace neat. At the end of the installation they took the time to walk us through the entire system and answer any questions that we had. As someone who considers themselves OCD, I was beyond impressed by the end result of their work! Everything they installed was level/straight and clean - true craftsmanship! They really did a great job! Likewise, leading up to and after the installation, interactions with the office staff were equally as wonderful. The project was quoted with a very precise level of detail and Lori completely took care of us by handling all of the "heavy lifting" on paperwork for the rebates we qualified for. She simply asked us a few questions and took care of the rest for us!
