Crew did a great job in repairing and painting house!

Job was done fast and efficiently. I like the communication as well, short, direct, and reliable, they let us know if they were coming that day or not, for power wash, preparation and painting. I chose bold colors, and love the final result.

The painters were timely, approachable, courteous, and helpful with moving a few glass shelves that needed moving. They also put the shelving back when they were done.

Great communication. On time, on budget and very professional.

They worked hard on "this old house" and they did very good work.

Painters were nice enough but not very neat and seemed to get paint in places it did not belong. They left quite a mess and could have paid closer attention to detail when painting.

They were here with a crew of 3-4 people, seemed to know what they were to do and treated Me with courtesy and respect. The completed work looked very good

Let me start by saying we had 4 consultation with other painters, we went with painter1 of Mid Michigan because Adam came ro our house and told us with his company it would be very professional. He teams are the best, he told us thr process from power washing to primer to paint. Painter1 wasn't even the lowest fee given to us, but Adam sold us. David's team came to power wash, knocked some of our siding loose. We were told that's no problem we can put that back on before we paint, we will be the team coming back. When paint day came Bruce showed up, he started by telling I couldn't get what Adam had already told me I could have. He didn't have everything he needed on had and had to leave a couple of times. When he did start the paint gun broke so he had to get another one(not his fault) when he did come back he said we'll now it's going to rain so I will come back on Monday (this was Friday) once he told Adam he was done, Adam stop by for final payment. I walked the house with Adam , showed him everything that needed to be touched up. He told me no worries Bruce had ro get more paint. I trusted him, I went to work and about 2 hours later Adam called and said Bruce was all done you can send the payment. I wish I hadn't until I got off work so I could see the house, because now we can't even get a call back. My husband called everyday for a week without any response. We paid 3,840.66 and our house is unfinished.

We cannot say enough good things about our treatment after hiring this team. Very Professional. We had two very Polite, and respectful young men ,Gideon and Evan , Stain our Deck and Porch. We love the final job so much! They cleaned up and left us so Happy. I would refer this company, and use them again.

Great experience. Great work. Only a tiny bit of feedback about being more detailed with a few missed spots but team was always responsive, respectful and handled some tricky spots above a chicken coop with ingenuity.

Crew was very pleasant to work with and talk too. Addressed all concerns and questions quickly. The did such a great job we decided to use them to paint our outside trim and eaves troughs.

I hired Painter1 after another painter did an awful job. Our first meeting with Painter1 was very professional and informative. We hired them on a Friday and they got us on the schedule for the following Monday. The painters that did the work did a great job and were very friendly and nice. We will definitely hire Painter1 if we ever need any more work done.

Everything is done well-very satisfied. A couple of my requests were forgotten and Iâ m hoping those items will be finished soon

Left a deep scratch on my Formica countertop. Dented the door frame. Left all their garbage. Did vacuum their mess. Had them back 3 times and work still not complete. Dust and paint splatter on my furniture. Promised to fix and refund money but then just ghosted. So disappointing. Visible paint drips and clumps. Poor job prepping walls. Would never use again or recommend. Adam is a con man.

Responded really quick. Walked me thru what the cost would be and were very friendly people.

Showed up at random times. Did not finish in time frame, and still have areas that will need to be repainted.

It is pleasure to work with Adam. He took care of everything and great person to work with

I thought that this was a larger business with more resources but it was not. I tried to find the office but I don't think there is one.

Overall great job and the house looks beautiful at a great price. I definitely had to stay on making sure rotted wood was repaired and not just caulked. Some paint on the aluminum cladding of the windows and garage doors which I cleaned off with a Mr Clean magic eraser.
