"We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Andy was very pleasant to work with from the quoting to the actual work. He came on time and reviewed the work he would do. He then went about his work and would take the time when I asked some questions or if I asked to see a couple pictures of specific ducts before and after. When done, he cleaned up after himself and did a nice review with my wife and I and showed us the pictures of the before and after. He also took the time to adjust my furnace humidifier water trough so as I would stop dripping. He completed our ranch style house with mostly finished basement in about the time he thought. "Our relationship with All Star Mechanical began with Chris coming out to diagnose my AC problem. He tested the system and diagnosed it as low on refrigerant likely do to a leak. We asked to get a quote on replacing the AC and the entire HVAC system. The furnace was a 25 year old Trane. The air filter was 1in thick and struggled to blow through a non-MERV filter, and I wanted cleaner air for the health of my family, especially since wildfires aren't going away anytime soon. We also wanted a whole house humidifier to assist the Vornado units we run 24/7 in the winter. Larry presented us with a variety of options for upgrading my HVAC system, not trying to sell me a system too large and expensive for our needs or climate, then explaining how everything works and how it works together to make our home efficient, safe, clean, and comfortable. The installation team was fantastic. They were scheduled for a 2 day installation and over performed installing the entire system in one day. Matthew and the 2 Nicks were great!
