"We had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Andy was very pleasant to work with from the quoting to the actual work. He came on time and reviewed the work he would do. He then went about his work and would take the time when I asked some questions or if I asked to see a couple pictures of specific ducts before and after. When done, he cleaned up after himself and did a nice review with my wife and I and showed us the pictures of the before and after. He also took the time to adjust my furnace humidifier water trough so as I would stop dripping. He completed our ranch style house with mostly finished basement in about the time he thought. I would recommend him and would hire him again. Friendly and professional gentlemen with a reasonable price."

"Hired All-Star after our AC broke and they were responsive, with super fair pricing, and never pressured us to buy something more expensive that our house didn't need. In fact, Larry steered us toward a cheaper option than a salesman from a different place suggested (and explained why it was the best option for us). And he even pointed out/fixed something that was against code that a previous contractor did (which we didn't even realize was against code). The two crew members who did the install were also super professional, hardworking and friendly. "The guys took longer than expected on a project before me, they explained that it was out of their control. They showed up in the evening anyway and did an excellent job cleaning my hvac. Despite it being late, they did a very thorough job, no sign of rushing. They were both very courteous and polite and were thorough not to damage any of my walls or furniture. The photos afterward proved they did their job well. I would recommend their service to anyone and I'll gladly hire them again."

I called James at 8:20 am Saturday morning. He said he had two others ahead of me but would be at my house at 1:00 pm. He called at 12:50 to tell me he would be here in 5 minutes. He arrived at 12:55. What a pleasure to have someone show up on time, For the next 3+ hours, James worked on all three of my computers. The first computer had 6 viruses which were downloaded when we tried to download an internet game. James removed the viruses, showed me how to prevent this from happening in the future, and then correctly installed the internet game. IN addition, he updated all programs, removed unnecessary programs, and installed

new programs to improve the quality. Jim then did the same work on my other two computers, one of which was found to have 232 viruses.
I am not computer literate; therefore, I cannot recall the details of additional work James did on all 3 computers. All I know is the computers are running smoothly and quickly. The cost was very reasonable.
I will use James in the future, and highly recommend him to others.
