"Everything went very well. They performed the work in about 8 hours and cleaned up completely. The windows perform very smoothly with little effort up and down. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
