"A couple of weeks ago, we noticed a faint smell of gas from our fireplace. We checked Google for contractors, as one does, and found Lil Joeâ s. Joe was available to come out that day to address the smell and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the leak was fixed. He added a shutoff valve to the fireplace gas line in the basement, and replaced the inner workings of the fireplace itself. We then proceeded to order gas logs from Joe and he installed those just last week. His prices are fair, he is extremely clean, and his work is fantastic. I would suggest Lil Joeâ s to anyone that is in need of a gas fireplace install or maintenance!"

Air fryers rely on hot air circulating around the food to create that signature crispy finish from frying, while deep fryers cook food in hot oil that has been heated to a specific temperature. Air fryers require little or no oil, while deep fryers require a lot of oil, much of which is absorbed into the food. Convection ovens are not ideal for cooking custards, quick breads, and other delicate desserts. Many other baked goods cook well in a convection oven; light and flaky crusts bake up perfectly, and convection ovens, with their dry heat, can be used to dehydrate or toast ingredients.
