We are the exclusive Renewal by Andersen dealer for all of Western and Central Michigan. Joel and towel did an excellent job! All the work was done efficiently and neatly. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. All the work was on the second story and yet there was minimal intrusion at the rest of the house. They even did a little bit of extra work that they found needing to be done on the outside. They said we were up there anyway. I would highly recommend them under any circumstances.

Installation took double the time and my grandma paid in full and they never competed the warranty work even though it was bad product from the factory and they damaged it putting them in. Over priced 4 windows and a slide for 15k

Do not get fooled by fancy salesperson, fancy demos and all the promises made. One of the biggest factors in choosing Andersen was the level of service they supposedly provide. From the day after the salesperson left with our money, the service was terrible. Lack of communication to set up follow up appointments, inaccurate window counts, and install date problems were just the beginning of issues. We had no clue whether the install date was going to happen until the crew showed up (with no phone call). When the crew got there, the paperwork was missing so they had to guess which windows go in which spot. They guessed wrong and had to redo two windows. There were also several issues with the install quality, which was eventually pointed out by the supervisor. The crew had to waste another day redoing all these windows. Then it turns out 2 out of the 20-something windows were the wrong color - but the old windows were already taken out so they had to be installed anyway. It is like, really? How does that happen - what kind of QA is in place on the assembly line and order packaging and shipping to not catch that? I still haven't heard from anyone on any timeline to fix the issue and for the money paid, I can say this was not worth it. The only positive thing is that the install crew was really nice and respectful and just a good group of guys. The windows are nice, but all-in-all, I should have just went with one of the big box competitor. I feel like an idiot for overpaying for service that is a total lie. Quality of windows is nice, but honestly, I really doubt it is so much more superior than others so it really isn't worth it. Trust me - save yourself several thousand dollars and just call someone like Wallside or whatever. Do more shopping around, don't believe the sales pitch and get suckered like I was.

Windows look great. I was not told by anybody that my existing NEW blinds would not work. Also the trim holes left by the nail gun were not filled in.

We were very pleased with the entire process from the sales agreement to the installation. Everyone we dealt with from the company exemplified the highest degree of professionalism. The installation took place without a hitch and was completed in less time than was originally estimated. The installers were friendly and competent-- We would definitely request them again!

Very satisfied with the entire installation. Stained window interiors matched our oak woodwork perfectly. Great looking windows and slider. The slider came with the wrong hardware. The correct hardware was obtained without any fuss and installed. Windows are expensive compared to other companies, but the end result was well worth the cost. It was all complete in 2 days. All workmen were very friendly.

the crew covered all the window openings with plastic to keep dirt and outside things like birds out. everything was kept very clean. The workers had a good sense of humor- would have them come and work with us again

Everything went as scheduled. The work crew were here when promised and very personable. Answered all my questions and went out of their way to make sure they left the room clean when finished. I would definitely recommend them.

It cost way too much because they had to redo the header, move the whole thing down and match up sizing. They did a beautiful job. Normally I do that stuff but after 7 back surgeries I don't do a whole lot of that stuff anymore. They did an excellent job but they were quite expensive for a 5 foot slider. That's over $3400 for the workers, the sales guy and the guy who did the estimate. The workers did an excellent job. The only drawback is the company that they use for financing. The guy that did the estimate were here on time and prompt. The workers were prompt, very knowledgeable, professional and skillful.

From our initial perspective, they seemed to do great job. We loved the carpenter--he did a great job. We replaced all our windows in phases, each phase representing a face of out our house. After the first phase we noticed that the windows were not wood on the interior, which is what we expected and thought we ordered. So in phase 2 we made sure that we got wood interior. The second phase went better, except for the hardware, which did not meet our order and never got resolved. After a few years (3 years), I noticed that the bathroom windows leaked. I should have complained, but my husband questioned my assessment. Well, he now agrees that the bathroom window in the first phase (west facing side) leaks air. They are not square--one side clearly is not square or skewed so there is a gap. The windows they replaced did not leak at all--we replaced them simply because they were supposed to be more energy efficient. Instead, now we have a leaky window that is far less efficient than the window we replaced. As noted above, they also could not get the hardware correct-- we have brass in a chrome bathroom etc. Having said all that they did a great job on our porch French door window. It continues to be a great upgrade. But now we are having to pay $2000 to replace the leaky window. I am very disappointed with Renewal. The windows they replaced were there for 70 years. They did not leak, but supposedly were in efficient. Now only after seven years, we have to replace a Renewal by Anderson Window.

excellent. one vertical window opened on the wrong side and was replaced without any problems About a year after the windows were installed we received a call that some of the windows needed to be replaced due to a defect which we had not noticed. The replacement was done professionally and efficiently. one window sent opened on the wrong side. a replacement was ordered and will soon be installed.

Great! The team that took out our old window and placed in the new window are very efficient at what they do. They also had to mud the interior wall and prep it for painting and they replaced a whole wall exteriorly with particle board, insulation and new siding. they were here for 10 hrs. that is how big the job was. They kept us informed about everything they were doing throughout the day. They were very courteous and instructed us on the operation of the window then sat down with us to explain the packet of information with us.

Salesman came and set up price, financing and order. Installers came when windows were ready and put them in on one day. Sales person check with us on how satisfied we were. All employees were pleasant and prompt to work with. We really like to quality of the windows and would highly recommend them. They are a bit pricey but very worth it.

From sales to install; employees were professional and courteous. From Ron (sales) to Vince (measurements) to Stephan and Mike who installed, all were neat, courteous and always interested in our understanding what they were doing and explaining product and procedures. Installers managed all in one day (10 hours) including excellent clean-up.
