"I just terminated a very bad experience with a national company based in Utah. After spending a good deal of money, I still had the same issues with no appreciable progress. I was frustrated with no one able to tell me what insect or animal was creating a brown spot on an eve of my house. I went to Angie's list for a local company and liked Got Em's description so I called them. William Jones came out and diagnosed my brown spot within seconds! It was a roosting bat. William treated my other big problem, carpenter bees with non-chemical ingredients. He followed up the next day to make sure the treatment was effective, it was and continues to be. William is professional, honest and fair. I have already recommended him to several friends. Bridget Rockwell"

"My phone call was answered right away and the person on the phone explained who would be coming, when, what services to expect, and how much it would cost. Parker showed up right on time and was very professional. He inspected our garage, set up a trap, and took plenty of time to talk about the various animals it could be and what he suspected and why and how to prevent another animal from moving in. He followed up twice via email regarding the trap and then came and it took it away as promised."

An owl's worst enemy in the wild is often other raptors and environmental factors. Among the avian threats, larger owls or other birds of prey can pose a danger, engaging in territorial disputes or competing for food resources. Terrestrial predators like foxes, raccoons, and larger mammals may target owl nests or young fledglings. Environmental factors like severe weather conditions, habitat loss, and food availability changes can also significantly impact owl populations.

Yes, they can offer tips on sealing food sources and securing areas to prevent new infestations.

No single deterrent will work 100 percent of the time, so we suggest combining deterrents to ensure your seed has the best possible chance to grow. Using bird netting over your seed, with physical deterrents like mylar tape coupled with hanging bird feeders at the edges of your growing area—and removing any bird’s nests, if possible—will give your seeds the best possible chance for success.

Carpet beetles do not bite humans, but their larvae can cause skin irritation that’s often mistaken for bites. These tiny, bristly larvae have barbed hairs that can lead to allergic reactions in sensitive individuals, resulting in red, itchy welts or rashes. While the irritation may resemble bug bites, it’s actually a response to contact with the hairs or shed skins, not an actual bite. Adult carpet beetles are harmless and primarily feed on pollen, but their larvae can damage natural fibers like wool, fur, or leather in carpets, clothing, and upholstery.

To heat up a room to kill bed bugs, you’ll need to put either a portable heat chamber or hot dryer in the space. Larger heat chambers can be used to heat up furniture, while only professional heating systems can heat an entire home or structure at a high enough temperature to kill bed bugs. Keep in mind that this method is most effective when done by a bed bug professional with professional-grade equipment to eradicate the bed bugs without damaging your home.
