"A representative from Avalon Roofing, named Chris Greening, was the first person to stop by for a roofing and gutter estimate that I'd requested from many companies. Chris was right on time and when I arrived home from work he had already surveyed the job that needed to be done and was on the roof taking measurements. Ultimately, the shingle that I wanted and needed was in "short supply" and not readily available (Pandemic related issues). Chris knew that he might not be able to fulfill my request but still put in the time to explain "in detail" all the facets of proper installation and warranty - Avalon offered a 50 year warranty. Of the 6 people that I talked to, Chris was the most knowledgeable and dedicated and followed up with me consistently, over the following days, with valuable information. Ultimately, Avalon's pricing was the "most competitive" at $10,800 for the premium shingles and a 30 foot gutter install with downspout. The other companies ranged in pricing from as low as $9600 (not premium shingles) to upwards of $16,000 for the premium shingles with gutter installation. *For reference - this was for a home with two roofs, upper and lower, that required 60 bundles of shingles, one piece seamless gutter with downspout and single layer roof tear off with 3 Chimney flashings to replace. If you need an honest expert to assist you, call Chris Greening at Avalon Roofing."

"Roofing was completed in a timely manner and workers were courteous and respectful of my property. Other than having a new roof, you could not tell any workers were here"

"Victors Roofing was great! They were efficient and did a great job on our roof. Would definitely recommend them to anyone"

"We had our roof replaced yesterday, and overall I’m very happy with the results. The crew worked hard, completed the job efficiently, and the new roof looks great. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the quality of the workmanship appears to be excellent. I appreciate all the effort they put into getting the job done, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company. Thank you for all your hard work!"

"It was awesome. The roofers came within 2 days of getting things taken care of with the insurance company. They even had another team to fix the damaged ceiling. They did a wonderful job. Both teams left the areas better than they found it after they finished. If you are interested in a roofing or construction job contact Armored Roofing you will not be disappointed!!!"

"My recent meeting with Michael Belfer from Legend Roofing eased my fear of immediate repairs. Mike and Dan inspected my roof, and gave me sound advice on current repairs (minor) and a timeline for a new roof. I had Michael bid roofs in the past when I managed an apartment complex, and I was impressed by his experience and the prices were very good. I am happy to see the same honesty and good, solid advice now that he’s started Legend Roofing. His honest assessment of my roof, and practical advice regarding gutters and roof underlayment, means I will be hiring Legend to do my roof in the next few years."

"The work went great and I'd recommend Legacy Roofing to others. The roof looks good, the work was done timely, and the rep is honest and responsive. I got two other quotes from local companies and the prices were almost identical."

"The roof was torn off and replaced in two days. The clean up was great and I'm happy with the look of the new metal roof"

"Fastest to respond and look at roof. Some companies responded 2 weeks later. One said they only replace shingles- not remove moss. Roof Dr. Was great!"
