"I was looking for painters and I got that plus carpentry and masonry repairs! The crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. They replaced rotten wood, scraped and sanded, and used high quality product. Our chimney needed some repair and a mason quoted $2k... JRS fixed it for $500. "Scott came into a difficult situation with my house and trying to repair the hole where the squirrels were coming in. But he and his partner were persistent in finding a solution. This entailed him running to the store a few different times and making sure that this huge area was sealed off. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it greatly. "They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."
