"We definitely value his "McGiver" capabilities to come up with modifications that work when the standard procedures won't work,  the cabinet into which he installed drawer slides, was seriously out of plumb which required modifying the internal cabinet to make it work, creatively retrofitting the existing electrical outlet, phone jack and light switches in a way which allowed us to avoid a new hole in the wall yet made them accessible and attractive.
