Hired CMS to paint walls in several rooms in my house including stairwell with high ceilings. The quote was at the low end of the range of quotes I received. They were willing to accommodate my schedule. project was completed ahead of schedule, under the quoted price. Jason was very easy to work with and had great customer service that exceeded my expectations.. Paint was done extremely well, and no spills on the stained trim and hardwood floors, nothing on the ceiling. He was very careful and didnâ t even leave a scratch. I am very satisfied with the job.

The crew was very polite and always asked me how I wanted things done. When I wasn't sure which way I wanted something they were full of excellent suggestions. Hanging doors is a tricky business and these guys didn't stop until the doors were hung perfectly. They worked hard without goofing around and were meticulous with their clean up. They also told me the least expensive way to do things to save me money rather than pad their bill. They also did a great job of crown molding for us. They are GOOD people!

My house needed sprucing up for sale, and Jason clearly understood the purpose and what I needed done, made valuable suggestions, and gave me what I considered a very fair quote. He was very prompt, responsive, and he and his crew were hard-working, detail-oriented, and did an excellent job. He also spent his valuable time doing some extra things that were not included in the quote. I cannot recommend CMS Home Services enough. Oh, and my home sold within 5 days of being listed, thanks largely to the work of Jason and his guys.

I do not live locally, but owned a home in the area that was for sale. There was evidence of an old roof leak that had been repaired on the ceiling in one of the rooms. I needed the work completed quickly since the home had just been put on the market. Jason retuned my call promptly and said he could do the job for me within a few days. I called him on Sunday and he performed the job on Wednesday. He had to use two coats of paint but did not charge more than the original estimate. I paid him via an online app. Which was very convenient for both of us. The home sold in a week. Jason was veryprofessional,polite, and expedient. I highly recommend CMS Home Services to any one in the Lansing area!
