"Work came out great. Tracy and his partner did an excellent job from start to finish. I thought the price was more than fair considering the amount of work and skill needed to get my patio and driveway back to level. I would recommend CLI to anyone needing concrete leveling."

Small jobs welcome

We are a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own. We specialize in using foam to level sunken concrete and eliminate trip hazards! \n\nThe benefits of using foam are that they are significantly less likely to sink again. In addition to first time concrete lifting customers, we do a lot of work where people have previously used mud to level concrete, and it sank back down within a couple of years! When this happens, they call us out to create a permanent fix.

Properly re-leveled the surface with gravel prior to pouring. Coordinated with other contractors working on a separate project to make sure job is done right and exceeded my expectations. This team is highly reliable! I strongly recommend if you need help with your home projects!!!"

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Yes, expanding foam (also known as polyurethane foam) can lift concrete. This approach, called polyjacking, involves injecting the foam rather than concrete slurry to fill voids and raise the concrete slab back into place. It’s often faster and requires smaller drill holes than traditional mudjacking, though it may come at a higher cost. Some contractors also prefer polyjacking over mudjacking for more damaged and delicate slabs.

Mudjacking is suitable for sidewalks, driveways, patios, and nearly all exterior flat structures. However, it may not suit severely damaged or heavily cracked areas.

It restores concrete, prevents replacement cost disruptions, reduces trip hazards, and provides stability at a lower cost.

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.

It’s best not to perform mudjacking in the winter unless the ground temperature remains above freezing. Freezing temperatures can cause the slurry to harden too quickly, compromising its strength and longevity. Concrete is also more susceptible to cracking and splitting in cold temperatures, so there’s a higher risk of damaging the slab during the drilling and lifting process in winter.
