"While I was at a lost who to call,I remeber your ad how you pre check people. Uncertain I filed out the order. In less the 24 hrs he called me back setup an appt and came out. Low water pressure was caused by a plugged filter and stuck regulator. Put a new regulator on, replace the filter, good to go....ALMOST.. about 20 minutes later getting to water, low water pressure still. Called him back was back out in less than a hour. Had to adjust tank pressure. Found out hes only 10 miles from our house been in business 35 yrs. Nicest,friendly person,explains everything to you, dont know if all your people are like this, but this guy is real find. "Tim Haigh was great to work with at our inspection. Tim was very thorough and patient, answering all the questions I was bombarding him with. Tim never made us feel like he was rushing the inspection. For a city boy moving to the country, I know nothing about wells and septic systems. Although I was doing my own research, Tim was very helpful explaining how both systems work and recommending improvements for both systems. Tim examined every square inch of the home. He crawled into the attic, both the house and pole barn. He climbed to the peak of the roof to check the vent caps. He thoroughly stressed both well and septic systems. At the end of the inspection, Tim reviewed all the photos he took during the inspection, pointing out the few minor issue that we would address once moved in. The inspection report we got the next day was very complete. It included all the photos Tim already reviewed with us. Everything in the report was very detailed, making us very confident about the purchase we were about to make. When the well water tested positive for bacteria, Matt Haigh calmed my nerves. Matt took the time to explain the test results to me, that the issue was treatable and not a deal breaker on the home purchase. "I hired Fratt Plumbing to replace a water heater in my mother's home. Mr. Fratt was very professional over the phone and the price was reasonable. Although I was not present when the work was done, the report from my mother was very good. They showed up when they said they would and did the work they said they would do. They also replaced part on the furnace (for an additional charge). It's been a couple of weeks now and there are no known issues with the work at this point."
