I have yet to see a team that worked so close together as this team has today. I am very, very pleased with everything that they've done. They went over and above. Water Removal Recovery Service
Hired Company to do mold remediation in basement due to flooding in August 2020. Pricing matched going cost for project. Project manager worked with us on concerns we had and adjusted accordingly. Would call on them again. Cleaned up after each day they worked. Worked done in October 2020

Project took longer than expected, over 1 month to complete and I had to keep calling to have the job finished One of the workers did a terrible job and left a huge mess but after speaking with the supervisor, he sent a much better worker to clean up the mess from the previous worker.

We needed our bathroom totally gutted (mold, rotted wood). They seemed interested in the work (unlike another company that came to look at it), they gave us an estimate (other company would only give partial estimate) and the work was done well. The workers were great- my mom really like Tim. Our bathroom looks great!

Avoid this company at all costs... Told 3 months for work completion at.... At 7 1/2 months I fired them as they had less then 30% of repairs completed... And the work was below par.... several portions had to be redone..... They did little or no work them selves.... everyone was sub-contracted!!

"This complicated larger water damage project dates back to January of 2014. There were significant delays with the insurance company at the onset and interim of this claim which was beyond our control and prohibited a clear understanding of the approved scope. All of BROADCO'S Emergency Mitigation staff have always been and will always remain employee's of the company. BROADCO also maintains employee's classified as "Skilled Trades" i.e. Carpenters, Painters, Drywall Installers, etc.. When we become inundated with work due to an unforeseeable event, which in this case was the 2014 "Polar Vortex", we as Licensed General Contractors, will bring in qualified subcontractors to aid int the reconstruction and repair portion of the project. Licensed Electricians, Plumbers and Mechanical contractors are also always utilized. Sometime in October, after not receiving ANY payment for any of the services and work performed in the preceding months the contract was cancelled. We pride ourselves on delivering the utmost Quality, Service and Value on each and every job and when an issue may develop, we make it a priority to rectify it as quickly as possible given our control of the specific situation. We continue to strive to be what we believe to be one of the best Full Service Contractors in our market. We had an emergency situation and needed someone to come out on a weekend. Broadco called within minutes of when I posted my request and were at my house the same day. They did a fantastic job and everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

All the personnel from Broadco were great. They were at my home within hours of their first call, and I was able to pick the time of their arrival. They arrived when the promised, finished the clean up in one visit, came back the next day to pick up the fans and dehumidifier, and removed all damaged/destroyed items completely. The original estimate was lower than the on-sight final price quote, but their advice and service and pleasantness was still worth the price.
