"When I contacted Mr Brock, I told him I had a trex deck flooring and 4 step steps that I wanted power washed. I thought the $300 was high, but being late in the season, I accepted. On the day of service, the service man rang my bell to inquire on the service to be performed, as he was about to power wash the entire deck - railings, spindles, and even the privacy panels which are wood stained.
