"Joel told us he would arrive at 830am the next day to replace our failed sewage pump. On 12/10/25, in the midst of an 8 inch snow storm, Joel arrived on time! He gladly replaced our pump and brought the plumbing unit for the pump up to code for a very fair price. We are very glad we hired him and gladly paid him! Perhaps the only bad part of this review Joel won't like, is the advertisement that he works on sewage pumps, it's a smelly job! LOL! Thank you Joel and thank you Kilburn's Plumbing! "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
