"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. "It went great! There was no dishwasher in my home before so I had to have the cabinet cut out as well as electric and plumbing put in place. Cody was amazing. When he came out to do the estimate, he clearly explained everything to me. When he came back to actually do the install, everything went smoothly. When the electrician came out, he has questions about the install. I was able to call and let him speak with Cody so they were able to make the best decision together. They cut out my cabinet and added brackets to make the countertop level for the dishwasher. Before he left, he even explained how to use this new dishwasher. (There were a few things I didn't realize so I'm glad he did that.) It's been about 3 weeks and everything works amazing. I'm so happy."
