Bob and his crew did a great job framing the barn. They were able to adapt to the county and local inspections and made sure the site was clean afterwards. He was in contact with me and the subcontractors daily and the project was completed in a timely manner considering the large amount of work that was done. The crew was friendly and cooperative.

All good things to say about Bob and his crew! The work is awesome. Bob took the time to discuss the different options at each stage and didn’t try to just push us into the most expensive thing. They ran into some issues and worked with us instead of just passing along all the extra costs. Will definitely use them for future projects!

Could not be happier with the work. The installed new cabinets, handles plumbing, skimmed the walls, added floor tiles and fixed the ceiling. Cleaned up everyday and always arrived promptly at 8. Great group to work with!

I had been having difficulties having people show up when they were supposed to. Things were different with Brunell Construction. They were timely in communicating and completing repair. As part of their service, they did a walk around the home. They were honest in what was needed (in my case--not needed) and did not try to upsell. In their walk around the house, they found a gas leak which could have lead to a dangerous situation. They were friendly and professional. I am having them back to complete another job when it can be scheduled.

Many problems were encountered due to the age of the house, and the poor quality of work done by others in the past. Problems were pointed out, thoroughly explained, and as I heard consistently from different members of the team, redone “the right way.” All this while still keeping to our original contract. I found them to be very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Timely communication is also a strength of this group. They were a pleasure to deal with, and have in the house. The Brunnell Construction Team were an absolute godsend when I really needed help. I needed what was a near gut job done within 2 months and they made it happen for me. They were impeccable with their word, expectations, and effort to understand what my goals and needs were. Construction and big projects are not my forté, so to be able to work so fluidly with them helped allay any concerns to finish on time. This was despite setbacks which required a plumbing contractor to delay our efforts. I owe them a debt of gratitude that is impossible to repay, and so thankful that an otherwise stressful time has left me with a beautiful home and newfound friends.
