I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. "My master bathroom shower was leaking into the floor below. Benny was wonderful! The job ended up being a lot more work than they thought. However, they didn't change the price. They just fixed everything. Benny rebuilt the shower (the wood underneath was rotten), replaced the shower pan, liner, took off the shower doors and retiled everything. It took several days but they were on-time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again in the future. I'm so glad I found them!"
