He is a perfectionist, and gifted person with the ability to fix any bad flooring issues. Ken installed all new vinyl flooring throughout my home. He always kept things cleaned up as he went along. Ken had a young man named Anthony that was just as kind and that was respectful to my furniture and property. Both men were prompt, respectful and trustworthy. "These guys were great to deal with on every level from the quote to installation. I had a luxury vinyl plank product from Home Depot that the HD installers would not install because my floor had a 3/4 inch crown over 6 feet. Hardwood Headquarters installers put screws in the floor to minimize the unevenness. They did a great job, resulting in a beautiful Kitchen/Dining area, couldn't be happier. They knew the properties of the product and made it work for this situation."
