Get matched with top subcontractors in Fowlerville, MI

"This was an excellent experience. Doug listened carefully to us, answered all of our questions, proposed multiple ideas and options, and had the opportunity to explain his business model and identify his subcontractors and vendors. The consultation was well worth the value!!"

"High Road Construction solved a few issues we had that previous contractors in years past couldnt. The owner isnt afraid to get his hands dirty. He is a true Mr. Solve it from Northern WI. I wanted to leave this review because he is more than worth it. Much thanks to you again Brent!"

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"Steve and his team did an excellent job on our basement remodel, and we would absolutely hire them again. From the start, Steve was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He helped us navigate a complicated insurance process with patience and clear explanations, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Once that was handled, Steve worked closely with us on the design and layout, making sure the space actually fit how we live. He didn’t push generic solutions and paid close attention to the details throughout the build. Communication was consistent, follow-through was strong, and nothing was left unfinished. What sets Steve apart is his enthusiasm for custom work. He combines creative design ideas with practical construction experience, which made a big difference when solving layout challenges and building custom features. The finished basement is now one of our favorite spaces in the house. We recommend Steve without hesitation for work big and small!"

"Mike and team did a beautiful job updating our staircase. They were easy to work with and very particular about their work. I absolutely would work with Mike again for future needs. We are very pleased with the results."

"

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing.

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again

"I went well. Professional. Friendly. Quality work. Was able to do work promptly after scheduling. Gutters looked beautiful. Used very quality gutter guards installed with no gaps or holes. Crew took time to make sure the job was done right and even went so far as to fix problems my roofers ignored and covered up. Couldn't be happier."

"Working with Gary was such a delight. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was dependable and I was always comfortable having him in my home."

"Richard does excellent work start to finish. He not only efficiently gets jobs done, but cares for your home in the process."
