"We had a leaky sprinkler system that we could not use. My husband is just too old to work on it because of his bad knees and feet. Mo came out and figured it all out and it’s running beautifully now and at a reasonable price as well. I want him to come back and try and run a line through my back 40 that the previous owner hacked through and rendered useless. He also does garden lighting. The prospect is very exciting. "Decided to leave the color as is.  The software was a cool idea, but hard to use and only good if you just wanted to get some ideas.  It will only give you an approximation because it will not account for the lighting in your area.   The phone consultant said it would be better to use a color consultant.  I will probably go that route in the future, but for now I will leave as is.

"Everything went really smoothly. We called a couple other companies and they didn't even show up - it's like some people don't even want money! But we got an estimate within 48 hours of calling to schedule and the estimator, Pat was just the nicest guy (and he was on time!). We got in the schedule to have the work done less than 2 weeks from the estimate date and the painters/repairmen who came out to do the work were on time each day, worked hard, and were very polite. We're really happy with everything, it looks great!"

"It went well and it looks nice and neat at first sight . I did not notice all the cords bunched up next to the mantle until after the technician left. That does not look so nice. It is on the far corner and is not noticeable when walking into the room, but is very noticeable when on that side. It is something I will have to deal with ."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
