Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. "Some of the work I needed done was painting of 3 exterior entry doors, but the weather wasn't feasible 2 do in November. Those would need 2 be done next year in warmer weather. He did get the 12' of trim that needed 2 be replaced completed. The door he made out plywood 2 block off the upstairs from the main floor works. The plywood was warped. I didn't ask 4 anything fancy and that is what I got. The hinges and door closure are fine and work properly. James did some work on 1 of my 2 dogs kennel. He reinforced 2 sides of kennel with extra bracing 2 ensure the dog can't get out. James did a great job on this! James was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable on the work that was done.
