Responded to my morning call and we were able to coordinate great with the power company working in the neighborhood. Showed up at the time we agreed. Price was never discussed and I really did not know what to expect until I was billed.

This was an unusual installation under the soffits. All work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable cost.

My GFI plug quit working so I called them out to replace it since I had no clue how to do it. They were quick, efficient, and clean. I would definitely call them again for any electrical work.

I had a little trouble getting the to come out and look at an outdoor light at my rental house. The first time I called they said they were very busy and would show up on one of the agreed upon days the following week. Had to call back after the tenant said no one showed up during the week and they came out the following week. Water was getting into the light and said may have to be replaced in the future but they reset the switch and it worked for the time being.

Ken was prompt, fast, knowledgable, and his price was very reasonable.

I couldn't have asked for a faster response. My service tech was extremely polite.

All his work is very professional and it's quality work. Wouldn't give a second thought about referring him to my friends and family.

He was very patient with my elderly parents and all the work was done fast. They were very happy with his service and the worker that did the work.

Wind storm pulled the electric off the side of my house. I called Ken David Electric on Sunday afternoon, left a message and two people from their company called me back within 2 hours. Ended up working with Jean who came out gave me an estimate and made some suggestions as to the means of the repair. He strongly advised I upgrade to a 200 box as the 100 I was running was not sufficient. The inspector required it. The cost for the job was estimated between $1,600 and $1,800 with a promise that it would not exceed the outside limit. Costs came in just as estimated. The job was completed quickly and everything is running great!

The owner of the business, Ken David responded expediently to the call I made for an inspection and estimate. I had purchased a house for my daughter and the wiring was very old. She and her husband had experienced electrical shorts and the upper level of the home, the oven and other outlets would short out frequently. Ken David was prompt and after a half hour of inspecting, showed us all what was wrong, what needed to be replaced and a very fair estimate of what it would cost. He answered all of our questions and was a very, very personable guy. He also fixed what was unsafe immediately! He scheduled the main work to be done within the week and both guys that came out were just as efficient and friendly as Ken David.

Fast response, despite the fact of late afternoon call for service. From the beginnong of the telephone call, to the end of the service, I was impressed with the quick response and the continued assurance that the problems would be corrected in a timly manner (and they were).

Great! Ken gave an estimate, informed what we could do ourselves to save money, completed work as promised and left no mess.
