Also, the price included the cost of a city permit and they had to make the exhaust pipe that went into the chimney larger to meet code. Also, strangely enough the hot water faucet at the kitchen sink started dripping while they were turning water on/off to make sure it was running when it needed to be and not running when it wasn't supposed to be. And it just so happened that Hedlund had installed that faucet 2 years ago. I had the receipt for it and they determined that the packing nut needed to be replaced and they replaced it free of charge since it was only 2 years old. So with all that done, I thought the $1200 price was adequate."
