My wife came in and said honey the washing machine is squalling !!!!! I looked it over and said o well it still works we will use it till it dies which it did 5 months later. Over the five months I looked high and low for a new machine to save for and found nothing that we liked for the price. We do not usually buy used appliances if we can help it but I thought lets go to Dennis distributing and look. When we arrived they where gone and House to Home was in its place so we decided to give them a chance. The owner was the son of the previous Dennis distributing owner and 10 times the salesman to boot. He took us through the entire facility and showed us how they refurbish every machine that comes through as well as explained in detail the warranty they provide for all there items ( 90 Days free in home repair if there is any defect ) . There where 40 machines or so in the sales area and all of them where refurbished like new by his shop. He is a whirlpool authorized reseller and gets huge shipments every week of machines to refurbish some are almost new others are 30 years old but all broken or not go through vigorous testing and inspection by them. My wife saw a newer loaded whirlpool for 350 dollars which we looked at new from Best Buy for 699 dollars and that was the one for her. I pointed out that we only had 250 and the salesman said ok if you pick it up we won't have to charge for delivery which would be $25 ( we live 30 miles away ) then proceeded to talk to his co owner and offered it to us for 250 dollars stating that they love repeat business and want us to always come back so they would do what they could to help us out. We have been using it for a while now and it is hands down the best machine we have owned it has not broken once and gets the close cleaner than anything I have ever seen !! They also gave as a ton of advice on how to use a washer and dryer so it lasts longer such as you don't need a cap full of soap because it is actually to much and can gum up a machine. They where right I followed there long list of tips and the washing machine is still clean and does not have soap residue all over it like our old ones always did.  Another tip was to use half a sheet of softener sheets because they will last longer and it works just as well with half a sheet again they where right. I would go there without hesitation again and recommend them to anyone who asked.
