"Vanda sorry for the experience you received. I would like to add the reason you feel that we tried to sell you something you did not need is not clear or accurate. We simply tried to assist you with insurance coverage for your roof. Your Insurance adjuster Eric [last name removed] from Farm Bureau advised that you did not need roof repair, and or mold remediation. I would suggest you call several roofers to get other opinions on if you do or not. I will look for a way to add photos so everyone can see our view of this review. You received a quote from another mold company for 4k for mold in your attic. Our bid was for $2750 for mold, and repairs to the ceiling that was caused by your roof leaking which was a big part of the mold damage along with improper ventilation. Please see the email sent to your adjuster as well. Dear Eric [last name removed], I trust this email finds you well. I am writing to bring your attention to some critical findings from our recent inspection at Vonda [last name removed]'s property. The problem I have is that you told her we are trying to sell her something she doesn't need. You told her she didn't need a roof, and or mold remediation. This is exactly why we wanted to meet you on site to go over the issue. I just don't understand how a senior claims adjuster can tell a mutual customer that we trying to be unethical. I mean look at the photos you must have not even gone into the attic. It's clearly wet.. The shingles are raised, and or whatever reason. She had another estimate from another mold company that told her 4k for mold in the attic.. Did you know that? Vonda left us a negative review based on what you told her as well. At the end of the day it is sad that our mutual customer will continue to have mold issues till the roof is replaced based on your opinion.."
