"Outstanding. Wes, the owner of WS Construction, was extremely thorough during the quoting process and made us confident that he would perform the work exactly as desired by us. The job itself was slightly complex due to the way the trellis was attached to the side of the house and needed detail finishing work to the siding/soffit/eves to ensure a professional look and functional water and bug proofing. He also did some minor gutter repair work. Wes and his crew came in at the scheduled time, did the work as promised and also gave us an extremely good price. The main difference between Wes and the other companies we quoted from, is that he himself quotes and does the job. So the possibility of communication gaps does not exist. "Darrul did an amazing job with the home inspection. I arrived at the house 5 minutes early and he was already there waiting for me. The house is roughly 1300 sq feet and Darrul was there for a little over 3 hours. The report was sent to me an hour after the inspection was completed. The report was available in pdf format with linkable sections. At the end of the report was a summary with everything that Darrul found to be a concern or possible issue. It contained explanations of what is required to be inspected by the home inspector and what not is required to be inspected by the home inspector. It contained plenty of pictures and explanations of possible concerns or things that will need to be repaired or replaced. Darrul also did a great job of explaining different things in the house and answered any questions regarding improvement/renovation ideas. Based off of my experience I will recommend him to any friends and family."

"I purchased the deal for $179 in December, which I thought to be a very good price for 2 hours with 2 people. As others commented, they did provide a recommendation for improving attic efficiency and shared photos and video, but I have yet to receive any formal quote in writing. I was quite busy and did not have an opportunity to check all the work. Upon later inspection, I did send the company pictures from a couple windows that were caulked poorly and they did not remove the original that was hanging off. They promptly responded with an apology and came back out last week to make it right. I would recommend, and with any contractor, verify the workmanship prior to leaving."
