I am very pleased with the BDS team.  Within a few days of our call they were able to get to the home and conduct the inspection and testing.  Report that we received was very complete and professional.  Once it was determined that asbestos existed they quickly provided a quote to fix the issue and were quick to get the job scheduled and completed.

They did what they said they would do (inspect and remove) and completed it within the time frame that they said they would do it!  They were on time to the inspection and for the removal.

I would recommend and use their services again.  Great job BDS team.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Darrul did an amazing job with the home inspection. I arrived at the house 5 minutes early and he was already there waiting for me. The house is roughly 1300 sq feet and Darrul was there for a little over 3 hours. The report was sent to me an hour after the inspection was completed. The report was available in pdf format with linkable sections. At the end of the report was a summary with everything that Darrul found to be a concern or possible issue. It contained explanations of what is required to be inspected by the home inspector and what not is required to be inspected by the home inspector. It contained plenty of pictures and explanations of possible concerns or things that will need to be repaired or replaced. Darrul also did a great job of explaining different things in the house and answered any questions regarding improvement/renovation ideas. Based off of my experience I will recommend him to any friends and family."
