"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"Beyond our expectations in all regards. Our sales rep, Bobby, was great and showed us exactly how the new roof would look on our home. The crews were on time and did a fantastic job. The house and garage look fantastic.
I should also mention that once the jobs were done Bobby came out to inspect what was done and HE wasn't satisfied so he had his crew come back out to clean up a bit better even though we felt things were done well. He said the job was a B+ and he wouldn't be happy until it was an A+.
Super great service and I am happy to recommend CHI to anyone looking for a new roof or some siding/gutters.

"Hanson's is very good. The salesman came in and helped us pick colors for the house. He helped us pick the siding we wanted. He did the pros and cons with one versus the other and he did our whole entire house and the garage that was attached. He did the trim around our windows, the trim around our family room doors. He did a really good job. He was very nice. He was very knowledgeable about siding, insulation and all of that, that's why we went with them. I think the workers were perfectionists. If he put up a trim around the window and he didn't like the way it looked he took it off and made sure it was nice and straight and the corners were just perfect."
