"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"I purchased the deal for $179 in December, which I thought to be a very good price for 2 hours with 2 people. As others commented, they did provide a recommendation for improving attic efficiency and shared photos and video, but I have yet to receive any formal quote in writing. I was quite busy and did not have an opportunity to check all the work. Upon later inspection, I did send the company pictures from a couple windows that were caulked poorly and they did not remove the original that was hanging off. They promptly responded with an apology and came back out last week to make it right. I would recommend, and with any contractor, verify the workmanship prior to leaving."

"Beyond our expectations in all regards. Our sales rep, Bobby, was great and showed us exactly how the new roof would look on our home. The crews were on time and did a fantastic job. The house and garage look fantastic.
I should also mention that once the jobs were done Bobby came out to inspect what was done and HE wasn't satisfied so he had his crew come back out to clean up a bit better even though we felt things were done well. He said the job was a B+ and he wouldn't be happy until it was an A+.
Super great service and I am happy to recommend CHI to anyone looking for a new roof or some siding/gutters.

"The windows we got installed last week are beautiful! We had original windows that were just miserable. Old, cracked, drafty metal windows that wouldn't even open. I heard of Hansons from a friend that got all of his windows replaced through Hansons and had nothing but positive reviews. The only thing he told me was that they wouldn?t be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Mark came by to give us a quote and the price was a bit more than my other estimate (which I was already aware of and expecting) We basically went with the same style windows but very much upgraded, plus a bay window. After we ordered them, they were ready to be installed about 5 weeks later. (Little longer than expected but well worth the wait) The guys came out early and got right to work, and worked hard, non-stop. Very courteous and pretty clean. They got all the windows installed by about 5pm, which was really impressive considering what a pain it is to remove old metal windows that are built into the brick.  They were also very meticulous with the installation of the bay window, which looks amazing.  Every neighbor on the block is stopping by to tell us how great they look, especially the bay.  Even random passerby's are complimenting us! I would recommend Hansons to anyone!
