"In 2011, JK install vinyl siding on my home. They checked all the boxes: Workmanship was great. Very courteous. Very punctual. Cleaned up afterwards. In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. I will definitely be recommending them again."

"They did some work for me on my previous home and they were the only company (I got quotes from 4 others in the area) that said that they could do an area repair.  Turned out the same repair was need on my new house this year also.  The other companies claimed that they could only replace the entire roof on the side that was leaking.  BCM told me exactly how they would make the repair and that they could just repair the two panels under and then replace the affected shingles only.  This saved me thousands over what the competition wanted to charge me in over repairs.  They did a great job and yes the date of service is THANKSGIVING DAY!!!!  They came to my house on Thanksgiving Day to make the repairs since I had a home sale that was hinging on the repair.  They did not charge me one extra penny for this service to come out on Thanksgiving and then to top things off the next inspection they found a single shingle on another area of the house that had been damaged in a storm and so I called BCM again to get out and fix it.  I did not even ask for what the cost would be since I needed it done and they had giving me such great service and pricing in the past I just trusted them.  Sure enough they came back and told me that they fixed it in the matter of 4 days from when I called and it was only $50 for everything.  This company delivers the level of professionalism and price competitiveness that I expect.  And let me tell you I have high expectations that not many can meet.  I told my realtor about what this company had done for me and he said that he will be giving them a call now for any clients that he has that need good work done fast and for a good price as well.  On a side note this company has a customer service side that is unique and second to none that i have found as well.  Jake is the guy who always answers the phone and he knows the business and has always had a "can do" attitude.  I really don't like it when people spend any amount of my time telling me what they can't do for me and Jake never did that.  He always tried to accommodate my needs and truly over delivered on my expectations each and every interaction.
