"Outstanding in quality of materials and workmanship. Separate crews for Windows, Siding/Porch Posts and Gutters. All crews were polite, knowledgeable and great to work with. Any time they came into the house they removed their shoes. Vinyl siding - To avoid the wavy look you so often see you want top quality siding and folks that know how to properly install. Sun uses top quality .046 thick vinyl siding and crews that install it right. Had several other quotes from other companies and the vinyl siding was the same brand but the lower quality/thickness model. Highly recommend!"

In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. I was most impressed with his approach as it would have been easy for him to take and then subcontract the work; I likely would have been none the wiser. Up front, honest advice is far too rare and very appreciated. I gained a lot of respect for him and his company. I strongly recommend him for any roofing need. "I highly recommend using Bob's Custom Trim! I had a difficult time just to get contractors to come out and give me a price to repair the siding; I believe this is because many contractors want to work directly with insurance adjusters and on large profit jobs. Bob was very different; he returned my call promptly, spent about 15 minutes helping educate me about the repairs, and showed up to my home on time. When Bob was looking at the needed repairs, he fixed them at that time (at almost no cost), and then assisted with what I could do to save money on other repairs needed to the home."

"Ken Lawler returned my email request for a quote and requested additional information and photos for the area of work to be done. After the information was emailed to Ken, he provided me with a detailed quote and included the business license and certificate of liability insurance for Building Decommission Services, LLC/BDS. The quote was the lowest out of 3 companies that I had contacted. The work crew arrived on time though the company name on the truck and their shirts was Global Green Service. When I asked the foreman about that, he said that they were all the same company. He was courteous and answered all my questions and they got right to work. When done, he asked me to look over the area and be sure that I was satisfied. They did a great job and a thorough clean up. The foreman also took photos of the completed job.

"We had 180 contractors come out for a estimate and was blown away by how professional Ken was. Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. Nancy was so helpful with helping us with the loan we had to do. I would highly recommend 180 contractors!! Next time we have to do our siding we are calling them! Thank you so much!"
