When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't."

He discussed the issues with the existing field stone face and converting to a two way fireplace. He certainly made me comfortable to consider Shamrock should the project move forward."

They were out pretty quick. The gas place is with ceramic logs. He spent more time taking the logs out and in because he didn't know how to put it back in correctly. The service was okay but it was not a good value for a gas fireplace. My interaction with them was okay."
