We anticipated a big problem since this was a rental property and the previous renter had "fixed" the furnace on his own, which affected the A/C Don fixed it...
After being here all of 5 minutes they young repairman (Bill) diagnosed the repair needed (lid switch) and had it replaced within 15 minutes. He was accurate and fast. Very pleased with the service from Kearsley Appliance of Flint.
