Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I'm not the type that usually leaves reviews, but in this case, I felt it was warranted. Nick & Darien came out to pump our septic tank. They were true professionals, very kind, respectful, helpful, and honest. The previous company (won't name) we used misled us and told us that we had a 1,500 gallon tank, when in fact it's actually a 1,000 gallon tank. Thanks to Nick & Darien for being so honest and informing us. It's truly appreciated having a company with hard working people and we will definitely be using Tri-County Power Rodding from here on. I highly recommend this company and will be referring them to everyone that would need their services. Keep up the excellent work! AAA+++

They were able to squeeze me into their tight schedule and was in and out in 45mins. Cleared the line and very friendly.

I didn't like their service. It was a more expensive than other companies that I had used in the past, and they made a hell of a mess in my basement. We didn't have very good interactions with them because I wasn't home. The drain cleared up, but I had to call someone up after a month, because it clogged up again, and it has clogged since again. They came right away because the sewer had backed up, but they left a mess.  They were a little rude to my wife when she commented on the mess.

I spent $200 on that service. They were great. They were really good, nice, and friendly. They cleaned up and I was real happy with them. I thought that their pricing was good and they were cheaper than other places.

They are really great! The water started coming up in my basement when I would wash clothes. I called some people to come and look at it, and they did some snaking from the outside and told me they thought my sewer pipe was clogged. In the meantime there was still water in the basement. They told me that I would have to call the city and have the sewer line dug out. I then called Tri-County Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came the next day. They went downstairs for a few minutes, and when they came back upstairs, I thought it was going to be really bad. They had it fixed! When they finished, it worked. I had roots growing into the sewer line and they cut them. They are really good!
