"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We are so thrilled to not only hear that you are happy with the product, but also and most importantly, that you are happy with your experience as a whole. If there is ever anything that we can do for you, please do not hesitate to let us know! Thank you for your business and we truly hope you have a majestic rest of 2025!"
"[Member Name Removed], I am, regretfully, saddened to read about your experience. I would like to clarify a few things you stated above. Our Sales Representatives do not reach out to any potential customer for appointments, we have a phenomenal group of Team Members that call people that have expressed interest in our product. I am sure you are referring to our Sales Representative, who did have to call more than once, because she was unsure on a new vanity size and he needed to find out what she decided on. As you know, she did decide she was ok without a new vanity and the cost of that vanity, along with the labor to install said vanity, was taken off of the total that was due at completion. This is the amount that is outstanding, that you have decided you do not want to pay, even though it states on the contract and the completion paperwork, both of which were signed by the customer. Regarding your statement of "High Pressure Sales" our Sales Representative did not use "High Pressure Sales" when they were at your mothers home for the Design Consultation. He listened to your mother and verified what her needs were, went over her options for what she wanted and he left that evening, not with a signed contract and a deposit. Instead he left and she contacted him at a later date and he then came back for her to sign the contract and receive deposit. We are sorry that we cannot meet your expectations of what you want in a cost breakdown. It was offered to you that when we do the pricing, it is a customized package deal because that is the easiest way to not have jobs that are $13k, be $23k. So, the problem here is not us lacking transparency, but more so that when you were given the breakdown, it did not look like you thought it would . Best Wishes, The Mobility Remodelers Team"
