This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! He told me it would be about $100.00 for the part so about $300.00.when he got done I was charged $398.00,beings the values are on the internet are for about $30.00, Not only was the price more , I feel the labor was pretty inflated $ 368.00 for labor is kinda high for such a small job."

"They replaced my toilet, along with other work. After they left, I lifed the lid, and discovered a large, U shaped hole on the edge. I called them and was told that it didn't matter as the lid had to be lifted to see the damage ( looked to be caused during manufacturing). I called again and let them know that I needed to have someone look at it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, but that they would send someone out on Monday. I waited for them, they never showed up and never called. They no longer take my calls. While it may not seem like a big deal to them, I paid them a lot of money for the toilet and install. The lease they could have done was to bring out one that wasn't damaged and exchanged the toilet."
