Best window and door contractors near Commerce, MI

"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"It is pretty unsettling when you allow a company to create a bunch of holes in your house to install replacement windows. You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"We had an issue with sliding glass doors in our sunroom. They were sticking on the tracks, some of the rollers were bad and one of the doors could barely open or close at all. The problem was that these are old, custom size doors. Other companies had come out to bid and decided it was too complex to fix and tried to sell us new doors. I knew that they could be fixed- I just hadn’t found the right company yet. That is when I contacted S&T Lock N Key. Sam came out, diagnosed the problem and came back within a day or so to fix everything. The job was more difficult than he predicted and took him a lot longer. But when it came time to pay him, he did not jack up his quote, he said “a deal is a deal “ and just asked for the original bid. That is integrity. Excellent skills, great work ethic and honesty like this don’t happen every day. I would recommend him highly and hire him again in a minute. Five stars plus!"

"The egress window looks good, as do the glass block windows we had them install."

"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. Highly Recommend!"

"Chris was very professional and they had the low price out of everyone! Very happy with results and he was a nice guy!"

"Absolutely amazing... My home was broken into which required replacement of the glass in a large window. The service team was wonderful and sent someone out immediately to get measurements to replace the glass and ensure we had secured it enough for the moment. (I had already called several other places who were looking to schedule someone out a few days later) I honestly can not say enough about Johnny and Maria and their compassion and understanding as we worked through getting the repair done and easing my mind! Thank you!"

"Michael was great he replaced my broken window very polite and replaced it very fast great job will tell everyone I know to use him for the job"

"Absolutely Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, my experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. I was genuinely amazed at how quickly the installation team worked. They came in with a game plan, worked seamlessly together, and had my new windows installed quickly. Every single detail mattered to this crew. They checked the seals, tested every window to make sure they opened and locked smoothly, and ensured everything was properly insulated and weatherproofed. One of my biggest worries with home improvement projects is the mess left behind but they cleaned up after themselves. They were an absolute pleasure to have around. They were polite, courteous, respectful of my home, and more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. My home feels quieter and looks incredible! Thank you, Hanson’s, for an A+ experience."

"I recently worked with HandyPro to paint my interior and exterior of my home and they were amazing! They really have so much experience and it shows, they were able to help me design the paint colors in my home by helping me with the color scheme. I am very glad I listened to their suggestions because they made my house look so much newer with a simple paint job! Very great customer service throughout the project highly recommended!"
