When I called, he told me that was not part of the Big Deal and he told me to call back to the office. It was clear that what I needed would be more than original $149 because what I was asking for was not a part of the Big Deal. I hired someone else because it is going to rain soon and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. The company I hired is charging me less than $149! The guy at MZK Home Improvement & Roofing was nice enough and they were very responsive, but it surprised me that I would have to call back to see how much more it would be. I don’t want to give them a bad rating because there may be responsibly on both ends. Maybe I didn’t read the Big Deal well enough, but I was disappointed because I needed the service as soon as possible and I ended up with a better deal with another company."
