"As with any projects that involves deep digging there is always a danger that you can encounter a utility line. In our contracts it does NOT state that we will put the property back in the same condition it was when we began the job. Our contracts Do state that it is the customers responsibility to allow our crews clear access to the areas worked on from the exterior and the interior of the home. The contract also states that we are not responsible for anything (electrical, landscaping, gas line etc�) that is near the working area. Our crews always try to work carefully. Client was aware of the situation before we started working."
