"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"The windows are great! We had a good experience with the salesman, John. The problem came with the scheduling of the job. Ryan just didn't have it together and was not very professional in the handling of of our job. We had two different sets of installers. The first two installers were not as good as the second two. I understand there were issues, but the customer shouldn't have to deal with delays and longer installation times because of personal problems with the installers. Instead the scheduler (Ryan) should be more attentive to the schedule and the needs of the customer and send the installers who can do the job in the first place. However, that being said, I love the new windows and would definitely recommend the product.

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. The service team was wonderful and sent someone out immediately to get measurements to replace the glass and ensure we had secured it enough for the moment.
