Both times I was given a 2 hour window for repair and he showed up at the beginning of the window and got both jobs done in a timely manner, He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I poured over countless reviews and they ended up first on my list to call. However after speaking with the rep on the phone I ended up just going with them and I am happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone."

"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

I also appreciated their candor Tom only quoted for labor and helped me to procure the material required for the deck install. He even transported some of the material from the lumber yard to my house at no cost (As we needed more material). As the old deck was rotting and we needed to change much more lumber than was anticipated Tom did not charge me anything extra for his efforts. They went above and beyond my expectation on this project. Tom also kept me and my wife informed about the schedule on this project. It was completed on time and within budget. Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. "Initially we were not notified ahead of time of the arrival of the materials. They arrived early and banged on the door, my wife had to answer the door in her robe. After that things went pretty smoothly. The crew showed up promptly and got right to work. There was not much communication with the crew, since they didnâ t speak English much. The forman did speak English and that was fine; however, a change in the flashing appearance on our front porch roof could have been better communicated as to why it was changed, and the benefit of the change.
