FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Been a few years now. It’s been a constant stubble since day 1. They were late. I took the day off. Sprinklers are almost ALL to low for my grass height. I constantly have to monitor the system as I have heads not popping up consistently. I then have to go dig them up and take out the pressure regulator valve which part of what makes the i20 hunters cost more in the first place. Technicians have been a few times in the first year putting bandaids on things and showing me how to fix them. I don’t bother calling them anymore as I know they are not going to come raise all the sprinklers or put 6in heads on them. Multiple sprinklers don’t sit straight in the ground either which is another fight on its own. All in all I would never do it again with this company. The staff and secretary were great with me. Workers were friendly just not good at rhere job except the lead tech who was the only one who spoke partial English also which made it even harder. Feel free to ask me about the rest of the problems if you wish."
