"poor work quality and workmanship, after project completed I was left with lots of small hidden issues and very unhappy. Exhaust Fan was not installed properly, just dangling in ceiling with no screws in it to secure (fan doesnt even align with air flow vent), electrical outlets loose, once you flip the switch the electrical box caved into wall, poor mud/paint job (did not sand down mud compound in many area's leaving imperfections over paint, also have an outside vent put in that completely fell out because they decided to only caulk the outside vent and not put in screws at all . Sam promised to come out and address but after 1 month of no show I gave up and ended up fixing all the issues myself . Consumers beware that they will cut corners if you don't check on it. Also will leave your house dirty, they only clean up after their tools , but will leave the mess they cause behind for you to clean yourself. I took and kept all pictures of the issues.. Once they have your money, you wont see them again"

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "McCarver Heating and cooling is probably the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Chris McCarver (the owner is rude and non-responsive). I needed a new compressor for my unit, he waited over 8 days before he called me. When he finally did, he did not even come for a free estimate. He asked to see a photo of the unit. I called the previous AC person, since I was not home and asked for a photo of the unit. I sent it on to McCarver and he showed up after another week. He was not wearing a mask while he was working on the unit. He attempted to install the compressor for 30 minutes and then called me up and announced that the photo sent was a different compressor from the one that was needed. He raised his voice and was complaining how I had him waste his time on this. I could not believe how rude he was. Then his assistant Christine sent a new estimate for the new compressor. $2200 for the compressor. $115 for McCarver showing up and trying to put the wrong part in $125 for freight PLUS they were going to charge freight for the new unit that they ordered. If that doesn’t sound like a scam, I don’t know what does. As you can imagine, we were not going to be punished for a good-faith mistake so we asked to have the whole job canceled. They advertise free estimates which begs the question, why didn't McCarver Mechanical provide a free estimate before ordering a part? Unfortunately, McCarver forces customers into giving deposits. So I deposited $500. It took several emails and complaints to get $375 back. His office manager refused to refund us $125 back. Please avoid McCarver Mechanical at all costs."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
